What is the return and exchange policy?
I appreciate your purchase, but please know that all sales are final due to the nature of the item being handmade. Please make sure that if you have any questions you contact me prior to your purchase. I welcome questions and look forward to answering any questions you may have about my products. *Please note orders will not get made until payment is made up front due to customization. No payment, means no product. I do not offer exchanges for items that you purchase or refunds unless I made an error with your order. I am not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Please feel free to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail if you would like your package insured, all packages are ship via USPS with tracking. Please ensure your address is correct, I ship to the address you use at checkout, I am not responsible for returned or lost package due to incorrect address.
What happens if my package gets lost?
Please contact the USPS (1-800-275-8777) if you do not pay for priority mail your package will not be insured. Sometimes packages get scanned as delivered before it arrives and usually arrives within the next day. If you're concerned about your package please contact me but please remember I have limited access to USPS just like you. Please do not place last minute orders, give yourself time to ensure that you receive your package before any important events.
